Adam Pulaski

Adam Pulaski is a founding partner at Pulaski & Middleman Law Firm. Adam graduated from The University of Texas in 1987 and from University of Houston Law School in 1990 and has been a practicing attorney for more than 16 years.

Adam has handled thousands of clients through litigation, mediation and arbitration. One of the areas in which he has devoted much of his time is General civil litigation. Adam concentrates on the injuries and economic loss of each client individually, treating each client as if he/she was his only one. Adam is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court Southern district. He is a member of the Houston and Texas State Bar Associations, as well as a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and American Trial Lawyers Association. Adam and his wife Liz have three daughters.

David Middleman

David Middleman is a founding partner at Pulaski & Middleman Law Firm. David graduated from The University of Houston in 1991 and from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1994. He has been a practicing attorney for more than 12 years.

David has worked on several different types of complex litigation and is determined to fight on behalf of the Fed Ex employees in this litigation. As a member of the Plaintiffs Steering Committee in several national class actions and as a prosecutor of claims for individual rights in hundreds of single-party claims, David's experience will be a tremendous asset in attempting to resolve these claims.

David and his wife Stacy have two children.
